Public parking will be available throughout the downtown area parking lots and parking decks. Handicapped Parking will be allocated in the Swain Parking Lot on UNC Campus just behind Ackland Art Museum. Franklin Street will be closed from Henderson Street to Mallette Street, Columbia Street will be closed from Rosemary Street to Cameron Avenue. These streets are scheduled to close at 9 a.m. and reopen about 10 p.m. Officers will be on hand directing traffic around the closed area and to the parking areas.
